At Mojotone, we stand behind our premium electronics and components; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Contact our support team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.

  Package Securely

  Place the item in its original packaging with all included documentation and accessories, ensuring that sensitive electronic components are protected by anti-static materials.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our returns department, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned electronics, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
